Sometime it takes a long time for the call light to be answered. In general , the help was kind and considered and helpful and compassionate.

It has been a pleasure working with Man Le, Case Mgr., and facility staff. My good friend has received personal as well the highest standards in professional. Many thanks.

The staff and nursing were good. I wish their communication was a little better.

Men le has helped us tremendously with my husbands stay he has gone above and beyond what was required. Also the nurses Sharon and Briana were always patient and kind.

the care Pine Creek provided my mother was great. The nursing team along with the doctors saw to her every need. They did their best to keep her comfortable. There is always a few bumps on any journey and hers was no different. Everything was quickly resolved, ownership taken and we moved on as normal. I would like to mention our Case Manager, ManLe. He dealt with us from day one. If we needed information or a shoulder to lean on he was our go to person. His knowledge and support was very much appreciated.

It takes awhile to get help to the bathroom, More staff would be nice to have. most of the staff cares for you very well. I was happy with the social worker and discharge preparations.

Nursing and physical therapy was good. Cna's need more training. Call lights not answered promptly.
