Tammy CNA @ night is a kind lovely person. Man is very nice. Tim is very kind and helpful. Everyone is nice, but would like things within reach ie: table, walker, wheel chair.

Pinecreek provided my dad with great care. He was very please with his care and he had spent many months in that facility. I was very pleased with the staff and administration. Everyone was very caring and kind. I would definitely recommend Pinecreek to others.

Overall it was good. I got treated well (a perso,n not a stranger, more like family). Staff is very helpful and friendly.

My stay here was very enjoyable this visit. Really liked this rehab better than the one I was at 4 years ago.

When the hospital (Kaiser) told me I needed to go to a rehab center to recovers, I specially requested this facility. My husband had been here 3x and I was impressed with the care and the buildings themselves (3 years ago). While he floors & walls are a little worn the care, the care has overall been very good. The physical & occupational therapist are the stars in this place. I never got “Lost” in the shuffle of treating so many people. I am so much better because of their pushing and controlling.

I think this is a great place. (Amanda) Therapy was wonderful. Tim does a great job helping me.

Food was about average. When you cook for a lot of people can’t satisfy everyone. Staff has done a great job on my care needs. No complaints. Mr. Mann is a great guy who does a excellent job. Great listener, help workout your problems with me. Television next door too loud.
