The best thing about my experience here was the staff. The people are compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy. I never felt, in my vulnerable state, that I was unsafe. There was always a positive remark or caring gesture coming from someone. I came to think of my caretakers as "my family away from family", and I will miss them. My Cna's especially Monica, Kamal, Rano, Bandumi, Cathryn and Katherine also helped me heal with their own unique manners, including great sense of humor. Tawny was a lifesaver (not literally) in helping to get me a new mattress when my special "air mattress" was about to swallow me. John (mostly at the desk) was a treasure to laugh and joke with. My Pt/Ot's Amy, Erica, Maria, Sarah and Laura were super, especially Amy, who even shopped for groceries for me! Velicia in admissions and Shannon in social programs also get a big shoutout from me. I know there are others I missed, but all were great! Thank you. Another thing I noticed about the facility was how clean and efficiently run it was. That was very important to me! Sorry but the food wasn't great however, I was here long enough where everything started to taste the same, So maybe it was me.

Staff is wonderful. Kitchen accommodated diet needs 2014 was here like her stay then. Therapy nice. Karamijit is a great cna jane, tim tammy and Jerri also wonderful during my stay.

Enjoy being here where I see employees are happy friendly attentive. Makes me comfortable and makes my stay here a happy stay. My nurses and cnas and therapy were excellent. made my stay wonderful

I have had a great experience here. I was not the patient but a family member. We have been at this at facility before and we had to come for a visit for a few weeks.the Staff have been up beat at and helpful at all times. Mann Lee was extremely helpful and remembered my parents from several years ago. I commend him and his care he shows.If we have to do this again, we will be here if at all possible.

All I have are good things to say about the am and pm crew. The cna's are working very hard to take care of all of us. I would like to mention especially Rano, she always run from patient to patient and so are the others. I stayed for a month and I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs rehab. When I got here I did not know what to expect but I was rewarded with great doctors and staff. Thank you for all everyone did. I don't want to leave anyone from the people who take care of me.

Great place to be if you have to. Pleasant nurses and aids who are kind to respond to your requests. Clean orderly environment. Thank you all very much

All the people that helped me with all types of exercises or how to walk with my walker or using my wheelchair have been very super. All the people who helped with all types of problems are very friendly and helpful. Any time-day or night. Food was great but too much each time. I wasn’t very hungry most of the time because I wasn’t doing any work. I am happy I am leaving and was very satisfy with everything.

This is my third stay here and all in all it was the best. The staff was great and very supportive. Had a great roommate which made my stay great. Gold Stars for all staff.

My stay here was nice. The employees treated me with great care. The food was delicious and the nursing staff was excellent. My RN's were superb..."

I found everything at Pine Creed to be above average and all the personal from the aids on the floor to the administrators were very helpful and always there to answer questions.
