The care received was very good. Needs were met in a reasonable amount of time. The cnas and nurses were caring and professional. Wound care was handled very well. The therapists were very good. Were able to help get me up and walking when at first it looked like I might be unable to do that again. Made friends with many staff members will miss them but glad to be headed home.

Thank you, for everything and for all the help all the days that I stayed here and you cared for me very well. Everybody was very nice the nurses, Dr, PT, I thank everybody you made me feel like at home. Thank you for all the attention, and for giving me all my meds on time I'm very thankful. Your facility is amazing. The outside patio looks beautiful with lots of green plants. I love it. Your food was delicious. Thank you for all the staff at Pine Creek Care Center for the great care.

I have been treated very well here. You got some very good staff working here and very pleasant. Every time you ring that bell, they would come with a smile.

The facility is somewhat older but the equipment is up to date and in good repair. It can get very hot in Roseville and in fact was 100+ degrees but the air conditioning was good. The food was OK. What made this stay a good one for my mother was the care. Everyone was positive, had a smile and very professional. They were very attentive. I received no complaints from my mother who, in the past, has been know as a complainer. I am very satisfied with the care my mother received.

I can't thank the staff at Pine Creek enough for treating my mother with love and dignity during the time she was here. The facility and amenities are great. The level of attention to my mother's care and comfort has been extraordinary. If there was a six-star rating, I'd give that instead of five stars.

I enjoyed my stay here. I am happy with the entire staffs. Over the time I have been here, I was moved several times and it was fine with me. The food has been great. I usually eat whatever is on the plate.

The care I received here at the facility was excellent and fantastic. They gave me and provided me exactly what I needed at the same time so nice and generous. I am ready to go home today.
