We have not attended any events other than the Canada day golf cart parade. As Canada day was a Wednesday the parade was much smaller than usual. If Canada day falls mid week I would recommend moving the parade to the next Saturday. Our grandkids fondly remember decorating and riding their bikes in the parade as well. Some people walked the whole route with their kids and dogs decked out for Canada day.
