Not a lot of kid activities over the weekends. Need to come up with ideas for teenagers to do so they don’t spend the days ripping around on the golf carts.

Clause 10 explicitly prohibits seasonal occupants from renting, leasing, or lending out their Recreational Vehicle or site. I don't understand how the Resort can prohibit seasonal owners from renting their sites while doing exactly that on other sites in the same park. I'd appreciate an explanation of how renting to the general public squares with the Community Code as written.Second, I have questions about security. Under the current rules, gate cards are issued only to registered seasonal occupants, and after-hours access is by gate card only. How are nightly renters, being granted access to the property? What screening or check-in process is in place, and what changes have been made to gate and after-hours security now that non-seasonal members of the public are staying overnight on site?

Beach parties are great. Not enough notice with events that people cannot plan for. We’ve never celebrated Canada Day during the week. Not many ppl were here to enjoy that day since it was a weds. We are all paying customers and no feedback is gathered nor communication is dowell.

My kids really enjoyed the kids club this year. It was much better organized with great activities.
