These guys seem to know what they're doing. I've been using this shop for a while now and I feel like a valued customer. Sometimes repairs are expensive, but I have never felt like they are trying to rip me off. They will advise me on what needs attention and what can possibly wait until a later date.

Very good service. Got in quickly, their estimate of time to complete service was generally accurate, staff are pleasant and easy to work with. Overall, very happy with Pioneer Automotive.

To be honest this experience was a little bumpy , at least in the beginning. But I’ll say this, when things don’t go as expected is when you see what you have in management. The miscues were immediately corrected and Steven did an excellent job of satisfying my expectations in the end.

I had a problem with my inspection because I brought the wrong car. They straightened it out no charge. they are both friendly.

I was able to get service fairly quickly, quick diagnosis, and timely repairs. They kept me informed all along was going on. Generally, very happy with the service.
