Friendly staff and they went the extra mile to save me money on my repair. Even provided a ride home after drop off at no charge. Highly recommend this shop for repairs!

It was my first time going. Everyone there made me feel very comfortable. The Communication was the best . Also made me feel like I was part of the Pioneer Family. I will be sure to take my other cars for there needs as well.

I brought my car in to have a diagnostic test done on it. Unfortunately they were not able to complete the diagnostic test on the day of my appointment, BUT they made up for it when I returned. The manager was very sympathetic and apologetic for me having to bring my car back. They listen to my concerns on what was going on with my vehicle and did a thorough job testing it to see what the issue was. to my surprise, when my car was returned to me, I was told that the diagnostics did not find any issues, no red flags that they were concerned about. Because they were unable to find any issues with my vehicle, they waived the fee for the diagnostic test. When I asked why, as I was willing to pay for the test, they told me, they were not going to charge me for something when they couldn’t find anything wrong and it was a thank you for returning after my first experience. Like I said, they well made up for me having to bring my car back in second time. The staff were very personable , they listen to my concerns, they asked me a lot of questions to help figure out what might be going on with my vehicle, they were very communicative with the process, and my car stood. I will definitely be using them in the future, as well as we will be planning on spreading the word about our experience with this shop. Everyone I encountered there was a pleasure to be around and I would say it’s the best customer service I’ve ever had at an auto shop. In fact, I would go as far to say it’s the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. thank you to the pioneer team for making my experience wonderful.

I didn't get there until 6:10pm for an oil change, and knew I would have a wait at the end of the day. Not a problem, the inside area is comfortable, and some pleasant conversation with the district manager, who just happened to be there today. Oil change and tire rotation completed in a timely manner. Life is good! I will be back again!
