Excellent service!

Service on my vehicle is great. They found a potential problem and alerted me to it. So they fixed that too. The cost is appropriate. However, I would like for some to explain the fee of $37.97. What is this fee for? I see the cost for the oil, belt and labor. Why was I charged a fee?

Excellent service … explains options and benefits of those options. If you ask for time to think about info they don’t pressure you so you feel comfortable when making decisions. Recommend the 5 svc pack if your not a mech or actively work in your garage.

I appreciated being able to make an appointment for a state inspection. I do not know of anywhere else where that is offered. Once I was there, I received fast service. The waiting area was also clean and comfortable.

Electrical system on my Honda Civic died on a Friday afternoon. Had vehicle towed to Pioneer. Tech determined problem was shorted alternator. New obtained and installed by late Saturday. Received clear description of problem and cost and estimated time of repair from Justin. Picked up car right at closing time Saturday. Appreciated Justin staying late so I could get car back.

Nathan was helpful and polite. Not just to me but everyone he helped while I was waiting. Service was fast.
