I had an appointment at 7:30am for an alignment on my Chevrolet Tahoe.I was checked in on time at 7:30.I was told it would be about an hour and it was completed on time.The dealership wanted $300 and Pioneer did it for $130.Vehicle rides great!Thank you Pioneer Automotive!Job well done!

Nathan & Johnathan were very helpful and very nice. The only reason why I would NOT give a nine or 10 rating is because of the cost involved here. I think it’s very unfair to still charge the diagnostic fee when you have the work done. Most places will waive the fee if you have the work done at their facility. That adds on almost 200 extra dollars Which I think is way above and beyond what the bill should be.

No problem with the Porsche but I also dropped off my truck yesterday afternoon when I picked up the Cheyenne and I was told the truck was going to be stored indoors and I drove by today and it’s sitting in the lot. I would have dropped off Monday am if I knew that. The back rear window is also slightly open and it rained. Not quite the follow through I expect from you guys!

Pioneer recommended the correct service to clear the Service Engine Soon warning in my Nissan Truck.
