Tony was very up front with me regarding the brakes on my Rav 4 and what needed to be done on them, much more so than the Toyota dealer, who padded the estimate and the price. I've been going to Pioneer for years and have complete trust in them. Plus, the brake pads they installed have a 5-year warranty, as popped to the dealership's 2- yr warranty.

Steven was very lovely, explained everything well and helped me figure out the best route to go for repairs on a car I wasn't sure how much longer I'd have. Even though I stayed in the shop for quite a while, he kept things fun and entertaining so it didn't seem like that long. I do appreciate the clarity in pricing, and the willingness to work with me to find the most affordable and effective repairs to get done right now. Would definitely come here again!
