To be honest this experience was a little bumpy , at least in the beginning. But I’ll say this, when things don’t go as expected is when you see what you have in management. The miscues were immediately corrected and Steven did an excellent job of satisfying my expectations in the end.

I had a problem with my inspection because I brought the wrong car. They straightened it out no charge. they are both friendly.

I was able to get service fairly quickly, quick diagnosis, and timely repairs. They kept me informed all along was going on. Generally, very happy with the service.

Tony was very up front with me regarding the brakes on my Rav 4 and what needed to be done on them, much more so than the Toyota dealer, who padded the estimate and the price. I've been going to Pioneer for years and have complete trust in them. Plus, the brake pads they installed have a 5-year warranty, as popped to the dealership's 2- yr warranty.
