Every time my family and I go to Pioneer Automotive it is great experience. The personnel are always professional and helpful. They keep you informed on the status of your auto and if any unexpected changes occurs during the repair. Highly recommend

Pioneer got us in quickly, checked the warranty on our parts and was able to do the work fast and explained everything to my satisfaction.

The ladies behind the counter were, not just helpful, but knowledgeable. The waiting room area was comfortable, and the restroom was clean and well stocked. And I was there at 2:30 pm!

Small issue with billing, partly caused by me. Initially declined one of the repairs and called in to approve it, and it got added twice. After fixing it and applying a coupon, the bill was about $100 less than it should have been. I told them I could wait and we eventually got everything corrected. The staff is always super helpful and nice!

The sales representatives were very helpful & attentive. They took time to actually show me the areas they were fixing. I was highly recommend them.
