Have had several repairs; the communication and repaired are good … the only one negative aspect is, whoever is their parts supplier can never seem to get the parts right the first time. This ultimately extends the repair times and, I’m sure, clogs up a mechanic and a lift for hours!. I have a new vocation now but in high school and college I worked many different auto parts companies … it’s not that hard.

To be honest this experience was a little bumpy , at least in the beginning. But I’ll say this, when things don’t go as expected is when you see what you have in management. The miscues were immediately corrected and Steven did an excellent job of satisfying my expectations in the end.

I had a problem with my inspection because I brought the wrong car. They straightened it out no charge. they are both friendly.

Smooth process apart from issue with price charged for 5W-40 oil. True, it costs more but not necessarily what was quoted. Discount was offered, to be fair. However, such synthetic oil means the frequency it is changed is more like 7,000 to 10,000 miles. The shop applied a sticker noting 5,000 miles. This may have been an error.

I was able to get service fairly quickly, quick diagnosis, and timely repairs. They kept me informed all along was going on. Generally, very happy with the service.
