Josh was friendly and very helpful. He was prompt in letting me know when a storage freed up. Booking and payment were both smooth.

So far, I have just reserved the unit. It was an easy online exercise, without a need to talk to anyone. I still haven't seen the location or the unit. I made a reservation for my son studying at UMASS to store his belongings during the summer break.

We were in town to get a storage unit for our UMass student. RJ was very helpful and friendly and walked us through the process to sign up.

They treated me very nicely and answered all of my questions. They did a great job at keeping in contact with me and reaching out to offer their services.

Super helpful on the phone and in person

Got an issue when using the website to rent a unit. Call the office and they got back to me very quickly, and the person on the phone was very supportive. He eventually manually rent a unit for me on his end, and overall I really love the price, the student offer, and the welcoming atmosphere.

Courteous, efficient and friendly, the Manager (Josh) dealt with all my questions and took his time to explain everything.

We have been at the storage for many years, maybe 15 and we have never had any problems. All is safe and dry.
