The gentleman who helped me was friendly and helpful. He was relaxed on a day when I was very stressed out, wondering if all of my things would fit into my storage unit! (They did.) He answered all of my questions and I felt that he, and therefore by extension Amherst Self-Storage, was trustworthy.

They were very responsive and even reached out to me to make sure I was enjoying my experience and completing everything on my end.

Although there were some errors while renting the space which could only be solved by calling the property owner, rest was an easy ride!

Great experience! I contacted Robert on 12/13 in regards to storage availability and he was right on top of it. He stayed later than his scheduled time due to my husband’s work schedule to help us complete the paperwork and tour the unit. Very prompt and excellent service.
