Reserving the storage unit was easy. The directions were clear and the storage units are in a great location. My only complaint is that there were many MANY spiders in my things when I was moving out, but that's to be expected in non-temperature-controlled units.

Three of my friends and I were looking for a place to keep our college things. Pioneer Valley Storage was a great fit for us, it was affordable and easy plus we had the perfect amount of space!

Very smooth signup and customer support. I was mistakenly moved out and this was quickly corrected

The storage unit itself is relatively clean, and accessing it/moving in is relatively simple based on the instructions provided by email. However, it'd be nice if the company were more responsive to questions/concerns raised via email (to amherst@pioneervalleystorage.com). I frequently had to wait several days for a response.
