Nikki was great.

In house appointment service would be great. The miscommunication makes it difficult to proceed. Overall the team was amazing. Kudos to them.The scheduling department did not answer the phone for a week. I got in with them and scheduled a oil change just to get into the office to schedule other services in person.Dallas and Ms Nikki are amazing. They instructed me step by step on what needed to happen with my car. They both were very accommodating and friendly as well. The service team did a great job.
