Often availability is not accurate online. I always have to call to book appointments less than a month out.I spoke to Dallas during my service and he is amazing. He kept me updated and was completely knowledgeableI always have a great experience.

NaNaJust no. Keep your word don’t try to make it as though the lack of comprehension is on my part. You said one day and that was the expectation and the plan i put in for the one day.More than a day to repairI said all i can say. It is probably going nowhere but you asked and i answeredAgain lack of communication. I had to pick up my car after service was closed. Sales person looking at me like I’m crazy when i say I’m here to see the sales manager to get my car. Sales manager is looking to see if i have any payment to be completed. Me: better not because it was a warranty repair. He still looking. Finally gives me the keys and asks how long i had my car. Enough to know after this fiasco i would NEVER purchase a vehicle from here again.Arrived before 8am for scheduled appointment. Service advisor was not there, however, manager welcomed me in. Service advisor arrived about 11 mins after my appointment time

Your opportunity for improvement is to hire someone just to answer service calls to make the appointments, I've called before and it took me 3 days to get a person.You need to hire a person to just answer the phone and not run the counter, it's hard to get thru.
