Maybe for repeat customers you can create a program for their young-adult children who are beginning to drive as an incentive to keep them coming back. Even a program for when the children is in their teens they can start to contribute towards a car and that becomes their down payment when the child is ready. If the child dies (GOD forbit) before they can have the vehicle it goes to another child or it is returned to the family. Just a thought. Also other incentives for those that have a good payment history with the company.Each time I go to them, they are cordial, professional and they know what they are doing. Plus they have treated me well with both my vehicles
