Although I filled out numerous forms when I arrived and clearly stated on them that I was allergic to amoxicillin and told Dr. Kogan personally, CVS was sent a prescription for amoxicillin. When your staffer was reminded of this, she said she’d change it to Zpac. Despite the fact that CVS was also aware of this allergy, they were going to give me both antibiotics. Why have forms completed if no one’s going to review them? This was very careless and it seemed like everyone was in a rush to leave.

I waited 45 minutes for my apppointment but once I began treatment, the experience was very good. Julie did my X-rays, friendly and professional. Dr Suarez was very informative. Maddy did a good job cleaning my teeth.
