I sat for over 2 hours for a scheduled appointment for an oil change with my newborn baby. It would have taken a quarter of the time at Jiffy Lube UNSCHEDULED. Extremely disappointed with the service area at Platinum.

I would recommend Arthur to see if you want great salesman and platinum Mitsubishi employees are very helpfulI had a problem with the vehicle i bought, I went back and Arthur helped me get another vehicle every one worked hard to help me

No new oil service stickerI was there for oil and filter, tire rotation. The guy at the counter did not know that. Said, oh, you are here for a factory update.

Was not detailed before we drove off. Bit they did tell us to just call the manager and we could come back and have it done for free.Was a very friendly sales rep and she was not pushy about making a purchase (wendy). And also was a quick finalizing process we were in and out.
