The one reason I did not give five stars, I asked to have the car washed after the work was done. It was not washed….I was informed the work was completed and it was sent to be washed that was the reason for the delay. I was then told it was washed and ready to go. I went out to the car, had not been washed. I went back in to the service advisor to let her know, she checked with others and said we are not washing cars today….it was 30 degrees outside. I just wish I would have been told that up front. I go to the BMW deal for two reasons, I know the work will be done correctly and to get my car washed.

Enjoyed working with Caroline. She was very attentive and pleasant and kept me informed throughout my visit. Also appreciate getting text messages from The service department during the process!
