Overall, the drop-off experience was excellent, but there is definitely an opportunity to improve communication and coordination during the pickup process.

During the service on my car I received a full walk through video of the service being done. I love the detail information about what needed to be done. I also received wonderful service from my advisor Stephanie.

I was there for my tires, My right rear tire was replaced, but my left front tire have been leaking as well . There was some debris that fell off a truck hauling trash. I had requested that service look at all four tires for any objects that may be lodged inside my tires, they said that they didn’t see anything, but my left front tire has a low pressure sensor on.
