Paul Badgett is my Service advisor and won’t use anyone else. He’s excellent. Only company complaint is have more loaner cars available for your customers.

Kevin was outstanding. He took his time and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. They had my car ready very quickly, and Kevin was extremely professional and handled everything very quickly.

Please note my three stars are not a reflection of my service advisor but of the repair experience overall. I rate my service advisor a 10 out of 10. But while she’s exceptional, the rest of my visit was not. I spent $1700 for a transmission repair, was told it was ready to go, then on my way home I noticed a very dire sounding error on my dashboard telling me to seek service for brake pads. I’m now scared to drive my car I just paid a lot of money to fix and I have to make a second trip in a week during the busiest time of the year so someone can fix whatever sensor they apparently tripped. Accidents happen but I can’t understand why they released my car to me with a glaring red error light on it. I am confident my advisor will rectify it but it was a major inconvenience.
