Car was given to me dirty, said they would clean it brought it back waited two hours for it to look EXACTLY the same

I was disappointed in that I had no idea the seal on my passenger side back tire would be $530. I don’t remember getting a quote on that and when I received invoice it just said $500 misc and $28 parts—I didn’t like that the $500 wasn’t broken down if that’s labor that seems a bit extreme since you only pay your mechanics tops $40/hour. It felt like a made up charge to me, but the work was done so there was nothing I could do about it.

Purchased my vehicle from another dealership but this will be my servicing dealership since it’s closer to me. I just had my front license installed on this vidit

The car buying experience was ok, but the car did not look clean at all and when i expressed me concerns i was told that i could bring it back at a later date and have it cleaned again. after the second "cleaning" there was still food debris and gum and dirt everywhere in the car and did not look like it had been touched once. Other then a car wash i am very disappointed with my experience.
