The car buying experience was ok, but the car did not look clean at all and when i expressed me concerns i was told that i could bring it back at a later date and have it cleaned again. after the second "cleaning" there was still food debris and gum and dirt everywhere in the car and did not look like it had been touched once. Other then a car wash i am very disappointed with my experience.

I called to schedule an oil change for my vehicle last week and have them replace 2 tires I purchased from Tire Rack. I came in and worked w/Matt & Morgan to take care of the details of the maintenance schedule. They informed me of the maintenance schedule my car was due for and asked if I wanted to do any of those services. They totaled up the services and let me know what it would cost. They also let me know how long it might take and kept me informed via text message. They were very professional and I was very pleased w/ the service. You all are great and I appreciate your attention to detail.

It genuinely ranks among the top three major purchases we've ever made. Our salesperson and the finance manager were both absolutely amazing to work with.
