Past visits have been horrible with lack of communication, the service taking way to long and the constant upselling of unnecessary services. I was pleasantly surprised to see that much of this has been addressed.

We were told the car would be detailed. It was not. Actually looked as if it had barely been washed. the inside of the vehicle was also dirty. When we got home we discovredthat the hood had hail damage. Plaza did have this repaired; it was an excellent job.
