I drove up to Plaza from Northwest Arkansas and it was definitely worth the drive. Everyone I interacted with was so nice and welcoming. Oba was great to work with and made sure to follow up to make sure everything was good once I got home with the vehicle.

Service and personnel were great. Disappointed however with free oil changes. Salesman (Ron Oldham) told me when we purchased our QX60 Autograph that it came with 3 years of free oil changes. Service dept told me it’s 3 changes, not 3 years. 🤨

it was fine but the amount of recommendations $7000 when the car was there 6 months ago made me wonder if the Plaza Mercedes mindset has permeated the Infiniti dealership. I have been taking my car to Infiniti dealership for for 17 years and have always felt the recommendations were fair and needed.
