I really didn't have a bad experience. I just don't feel like the service is very personable or caring. I'm just another car/vehicle. As far as the service of washing and vacuuming the inside of the car, that is a joke!! They need to not even bother!. I come almost 2 hours to have my vehicle services. I prefer to have dealership where I purchase my vehicle from service my cars, that way they are always on tip of items. But as of right now I am not so certain I would continue to drive that distance for the service!

I had a very pleasant experience. Not only was my vehicle serviced, but the extra mile spoke volumes. My vehicle was cleaned, even my 4-year old granddaughter received a small gift from a gracious representative. I have two different vehicles, and I must say that Plaza Infiniti is currently the best!
