Had to get rear brakes and rotors waited in the customer area was not so bad about 3 hours, got me in and out. Also Zach Beason, from customer service added a 15% discount which help reduce my total a lot.

The experience was good. But, driving home my service due indicator had not been reset. It indicates I need to return in 50 miles for service. attention to details is the mark of excellent service.

My sales agent, Barney was amazing to work with. He was patient, kind and answered all of my questions. He did his homework, based on my wants, and matched me with a perfect car. I was less pleased with our finanace person, Rich. While he was knowledgeable and also answered all of my quetions, he undercut Barney in a conversation we were having between me, my husband, Barney and Rich. In this conversation, Rich blatenly told Barney he was wrong regarding the process for service. I interpereted this to be very unprofessional. Honestly, I still don't know who was right and who was wrong, but Rich should have addressed this concern in private. Despite being disrespected by his teammate in front of customers, Barney continued to be professional and moved the conversation along.

I bought a new car and the next day thought something was wrong with the tail lights. I brought it in without making an appointment and despite the service department being extremely busy on a Saturday, they looked at my car immediately. The lights were fine, it was my mistake, yet they were patient and understanding.
