I would have marked 4 stars but the tec left a part off that connects to the engine. I noticed the engine sounded much louder than usual as I drove the car. As I was about to call the dealership to discuss this noise., they called me and said the tec left a part off the engine by mistake. I had to drive back to the dealer during rush hour. I was a real hardship as I had to pick up my granddaughter from school. I was late for that due to this. I had to arrange a taxi to pick her up adding to my expense in addition to the trauma it caused her and me. it was really a problem.

It’s always a pleasant experience at this dealership, especially when compared to others I have been to.

Amazing - Curtis Felix took great care of me on an after-service check and helped me detect some serious issues that were missed by a different maintenance group. I was shown extreme professionalism and punctual service with a loaner for pick up and drop off. The initial rental smelled like smoke, so they put me in a different one immediately with a full tank of gas. The car was cleaned and I got to enjoy a coffee while I waited for the second rental to get a quick detail.

Bob was really great in keeping us informed on the process. I was there to buy a car for my son and have no complaints. I appreciated how Bryan…I think that’s his name(sales manager)also included/educated my son while closing the deal.
