Daryl accommodated my appointment when it was convenient, had my loaner ready, and had my car ready for pickup that same day. All, in all, an excellent experience albeit with a larger than anticipated cost, one Daryl got on the phone quickly to explain, discuss and reach agreement about. Way to go!
