I was able to get in without an appointment due to a screw in my tire and was able to get a light replaced and a set of back brakes.

As part of the process of rotating the tires/wheels, the technician forgot to readjust tire pressures and we had to drive most of the way home (100 miles) with the warning light on and then go to a tire store to have the pressures adjusted.

Ryan Main is an excellent service guy.

I was able to be seen by Ryan within minutes when I arrived. He was polite, efficient and prompt in informing me the status of my car and the needed extra services.

I ask that the car be washed and vac and it was perfect. it looked like they washed the windows on the inside. The service writer did their job as expected. I received a ride home while the auto was being service, and was pickup after the service work. I will recommend Plaza to anyone needing a Benz to purchase, or service work. Thanks
