I am sad that no one offered to setup my Bluetooth, Navigation, etc. I am 68 years old and was told, "We only know the Mercedes system ". I guess I will take my car to a Buick dealer to get everything setup.

The person to whom I worked with to set up appointment was [perfect. The new Mercedes E300 not so good. The center screen for the electronics has to be replaced. This was the second trip for the issue of not beginning, sometimes and sometime going blank temporarily. Also took 3 trips to get remote starting (2 oft hem to realize that my phone needing updating). Things just don't seem as perfect at the Plaza Mercedes. And also the dealership has let me down since when I turned my old car in and leased a new one Mercedes stuck all-sorts of cost ($2,300) inflated tire wear, something with front light that I had no idea there was something wrong with and also charged the $5oo take back which never happened with at leas 4 or 5 other Mercedes I had replaced with new cars. All this after I had purchased the plan that protects me from the repair and replacement costs. Not happy, glad there are other Mercedes and otherwise available in STL

Morgan was genuinely concerned with the repair/maintenance of my vehicle. She called the Warranty Specialists to make sure we completed the correct service and what we would need to do to get back on track. Furthermore, Morgan made sure I knew when my next serice was due.

I'm a Mercedes-Woman. The Theater-Style Waiting Area is very comfortable and beautiful. The service/sales personnel are professional and hospitable. I wouldn't have it any other way. Oh, by the way, I'm enjoying my beautiful BLK/BLACK 15 MB C300 4.

Brian rescued me when my car failed to start. When he started the car, he advised the problem was something other than a battery problem. When I arrived at Plaza, Kurtis discussed that situation and reassured me that the problem is most likely my key fob. I am using my back up key fob and we are hopeful that is the solution. Both Kurtis and Brian are knowledgeable and professional.
