Enjoyed looking at the new vehicles. Enjoyed the snacks and drinks. Facility was clean. Our attendant was very friendly. I loved the video of the inspection of my car and that everything was good with it.

Much different experience Curtis was great. I’ve been there previously and swore I would never come back to that branch again to that location again and have had consistently been going to the Hampton location, but Curtis was phenomenal. Excellent as long as he’s the service manager, I will continue to come back.

Service was great. Danny greeted me & escorted me to the waiting room.Then, my Service Advisor, Curtis Felix, greeted me & reviewed the car services scheduled for my car. When finished with my car, he escorted me back to his office & went over work done on my car. I was very satisfied.

Excellent service. Thankful all the features are working on my first Mercedes.
