My experience at the Plaza Motors - Mercedes-Benz dealership was wonderful from the start with being greeted by receptionist, as I entered the dealership. Then I was greeted by the most remarkable person, my sales representative Bob Altepeter. Bob made the process of getting the vehicle I wanted and needed, due to my vehicle of 20 plus finally breaking down two days ago, very comfortable. Not only did I get the vehicle that I came in to look at, Bob and everyone at the dealership made me feel like family, they made sure I was cared for throughout the process of purchasing my vehicle.
