They guy that helped me Devin I think was great but that lady at the front desk and your so called service manager are rude and have no customer service I only rated high for Devin but seriously thinking about seeing if my warranty works at other dealerships just so I never have to encounter those two ladies agin and the rudeness

I think $1,200 for a service is ridiculous. Almost $800 in labor for less than 2 hours is robbery. I don’t know if your service managers get paid on commission, but I feel someone had to buy Christmas gifts! We have leased and/or purchased multiple vehicles from Plaza. But this will be our last purchase or service from you.

I bought a car with what I’ve found out afterwards are summer tires. The tire sound and ride terrible in the winter and all Plaza could offer me was to purchase $2000 tires. The guy asssigned to me was dry and not friendly. I have bought 2 cars from Plaza against my better judgement. My husband had me do this. I feel like the service is horrible.
