No customer service at all. No updates on work progress

My advisor, Devin Ross is hands-down, one of the best advisors that I’ve had thus far. He always goes above and beyond to make sure my needs and expectations are met, and that I’m comfortable while my vehicle is being serviced. He is so helpful and knowledgeable. He always makes sure he communicates properly and effectively. Anytime he tells me that he will follow up with me, he always does so, when others have failed to. He’s truly an asset to have on your team. I always appreciate him going the extra mile because a lot of the times at the dealership it’s easy to feel unseen and unheard, but with Devin as my advisor, he always makes sure my concerns are heard, and it’s greatly appreciated!

Part that was ordered came back earlier than anticipated.

Service was good , but poor design in car that it doesn’t have “ hill start “. My other cars ( Chevy & and Jeep ) will not start to roll backwards when you take your foot off the brake to go forward when on a hill. This car rolls backward … not very advanced! I love the car , but am disappointed in the thlack of this basic feature. .
