My experience at the Plaza Motors - Mercedes-Benz dealership was wonderful from the start with being greeted by receptionist, as I entered the dealership. Then I was greeted by the most remarkable person, my sales representative Bob Altepeter. Bob made the process of getting the vehicle I wanted and needed, due to my vehicle of 20 plus finally breaking down two days ago, very comfortable. Not only did I get the vehicle that I came in to look at, Bob and everyone at the dealership made me feel like family, they made sure I was cared for throughout the process of purchasing my vehicle. Was told flat tire was replaced and car pass 120 point inspection. After driving off plaza lot les than one block away several warning lights came on and the car would not go more than 10 mph. The vehicle has to be towed.
