My first encounter with the service department sucked badly with the 1st advisor. What troubled me was the first advisor dissed me and then went to get the best service advisor to assist me. Respect goes along way across the board. Mistreating people is putting them out of your office is never glorified buy getting someone else to do your job with no apology. To my service advisor thankyou! Daryl for all of your help. You are amazing. That other advisor still reflects on the mercedes brand cause I feel he has been protected.
