I had an emergency in which my passenger rear tire was flat due to a nail stuck in it. So I had not appointment but the service department fixed the problem

The reason this is not a 5-star rating is the appointment did not start on time, and Darryl seemed preoccupied, though I am sure he was busy because he seemed to be moving quickly from one project to the next. I arrived about 5 minutes early to my appointment and was asked to sit in the office. I waited about 15 mins past my appointment time for my serviceman to start the process. If I could give a 4.5, I would. I do like that he was not overly pushy. I am aware that my 2017 had/has several issues that need addressed and we only focused on what I could afford.

This was my first visit to the service center and the service is top notch. I felt welcomed and was given personal attention. Mercedes Benz knows how to keep their customers coming back.
