I have always had top notch service when I come into the Pleasant Hill branch. i have also gone to Concord and San Ramon as well and have had equally excellent service. I love Pacific, however, yesterday I had a new employee waiting on me. She had only been there three months. I had asked her as she was taking a really long time, looking over my account, clicking, different buttons, looking at me, looking at the screen, and I asked her if there was something wrong. she said no why do I ask and I told her it was just taking longer than what it usually does and she just said the system was slow, but it was my first encounter of a not very friendly Customer Service friendly person. She didn't seem to like me in her responses to me. Definitely felt her vibe. Tried to recover if I ever saw her again and tried to be nice and tell her have a great day, but it wasn’t a friendly encounter. It was actually my very first one like this.

Each time I visit the representative I encounter is always very helpful and friendly.
