The service is always great when I visit. I just really wished that the credit union was open on Saturday’s. But it’s always a great experience

I have been with you for 30 years. Sadly it seems you are becoming less compatible with certain productsI have always been able to get a cash advance ( transfer money from my state disability card directly into my checking. You guys can’t do that anymore. I tried using your atm to withdraw my funds from disability and deposit into checking but your ATM wouldn’t work for the card. I had to go to chevron atm to pull out money to deposit into PSCU.

We have had accounts since my husband began working for pg&g, like 50 years ago … we weren’t even aware we had member numbers. We were sent an email to update our information which without member number we could not do. The kind woman that took care of us spent about 45 minutes and took care of everything, including passwords and photo recognition. There was no way we could have solved this ourselves. She was so patient and helpful.
