It would help if there were printed instructions somewhere around the ER station . I looked around and found nothing that explained what to do.

The doctor was wonderful, he made me feel safe and that he cared about how hurt I was. He took his time and explained everything in a way that didn’t make me feel stupid. I was in shock and scared, he made sure to address the issue.I was so thankful for him.
