I don’t remember the male drs name that we had but he was awesome as well. We had him for my 5 year old with croup but we also had him when my 15 month old had croup. Thoroughly went over everything and even got a few smiles from both kids. Also, Dr laminuzzi (sorry I butchered that spelling) was super amazing as well. We had her with my 21 month old son with croup. She was extremely kind and patient. My son wouldn’t take the meds no matter how many times we tried so she went over all of the alternatives as well as risks vs rewards. With both of those hospital experiences we were treated effectively as well as with kindness starting From the check in process until discharge

I was checked in at 7:55 and was in 10/10 pain and it took the nurse until around 8:45 to give me any sort of pain medication, even though the ER doctor came in very quickly and said that he was putting in the order for medication. It just felt like a very long time and by the time the nurse had the medication I was sweating from every part of my body and felt like I couldn't breathe. All in which I expressed to the nurse.
