She was helpful to my needs. Dr Medrano was very calming, and made everything run smoothly with patience.

Both the ER doctor and the ER nurse were very nice and helpful!

I did not care for the new department setup. As a veteran ED RN for many years, I feel that Triage areas needs to be private. With the new set up I could hear the incoming patients being triaged, as there is only a curtain partition between Triage and the gurney I was on. In a small town this could lead to an opportunity for a potential breach in patient confidentiality. I do realize that space is extremely limited at PDH, and that cause some limitations.
