Went in after my shift at the mill, she was rude from the beginning. I went I. For discomfort in my leg, she didn’t do xray, MRI,etc which I didn’t expect but if you say you don’t know what’s going on then maybe you should run some test. I ended up leaving cause she said that she didn’t know what to do for me.

I went in because I was sick and because of that, short of breath. The person who checked me in said, "this way" and then walked quickly down the hall. I lost sight of her and she had to come back. The check in is now in the hospital lobby, which I was not aware had changed. By the time I got down there I was having a hard time catching my breath. In my opinion, the registration should be closer to the ER.

I walked into the ER hallway, slightly unsteady on my feet, and was told I had to go out to the front to register. Seems to me that registering in the ER hallway office is better for ER patients. All the health care employees were very, very nice.

The ER staff was so pleasant and caring. The ER Dr. Was extremely helpful and great. I can't remember the nurses name that helped me but she and the rest of staff all deserve a DAISY award. I couldn't be happier with how I was treated and everyone was extremely professional and cheerful and the help I got was incredible.
