The staff handled my concerns gracefully, I was in for a very scary event and they helped me feel relaxed and safe.

Unfortunately there were other nurses who talked about some of the other patients and made rude comments about the patients loudly enough that I could hear their entire conversation. The ER is obviously extremely small, it seems highly unprofessional to be basically gossiping about patients loud enough for other patients to hear.

The nurses and Dr. Huber were cheerful, thoughtful and skillful. My primary care physician, Dr. Barnes, also stopped in to see me.

Everyone was amazing! Dr Medrano takes his time with every patient explaining what he’s doing, thinking, and finding. He is a compassionate and committed provider. The nursing staff is amazing!
