Their needs to more communication or the doctors need to write all the information on the chart, the doctor that checked me out in the ER didn’t know anything that was going on and was confused because my doctor didn’t put anything in the chart and I tried explaining but he wasn’t getting it there needs to be more direction for the patient I wasn’t sure when I was all done and could leave the hospital
