The doctor was gentle and took his time to make sure that the experience was as pain-free as possible

The emergency room doctor was excellent, very patient, took the time to explain things to me, procedures and results. I know it was night shift but felt staff was a little too casual. Was surprised there was no wheelchair for transport especially to my car. I wish the hospital had a pharmacy for weekends and nights. I live in Indian Valley so I had to drive to Quincy on Monday with pneumonia to pick up my prescriptions.

I wasn’t taken seriously. They glanced at the area I was concerned about. Said they didn’t see anything. It’s gotten worse. I feel an antibiotic would have helped extremely. There’s an infection that was looked over and not taken seriously.
