Everyone was so nice and kind and caring. I was too sick to catch anyone's name, except Doc Carter. They were all great.

The emergency room doctor was excellent, very patient, took the time to explain things to me, procedures and results.I know it was night shift but felt staff was a little too casual. Was surprised there was no wheelchair for transport especially to my car.I wish the hospital had a pharmacy for weekends and nights. I live in Indian Valley so I had to drive to Quincy on Monday with pneumonia to pick up my prescriptions.
