I wasn’t taken seriously. They glanced at the area I was concerned about. Said they didn’t see anything. It’s gotten worse. I feel an antibiotic would have helped extremely. There’s an infection that was looked over and not taken seriously.

The person who checked me in not only provided a chair immediately to ensure I wasn’t standing but also managed the check-in process with such friendliness and efficiency, making sure I wasn’t overwhelmed by the paperwork.My doctor was exceptional, quickly pinpointing the cause of my symptoms with remarkable accuracy. His expertise was evident as he explained the diagnosis of anemia and a concussion in a way that was both thorough and understandable. He provided all the necessary information and guidance for my recovery, making me feel reassured and well-cared-for.Every member of the team displayed exceptional skill and compassion throughout my visit, making a typically stressful experience much more comfortable. I’m incredibly grateful for the high standard of care I received. While I hope not to need emergency services again, it’s reassuring to know such an outstanding team is available.
