The attending physician walked out in the middle of a conversation because he was unhappy that I voiced concern with how he was handling my daughters care.If we have to return to this ER, we will not be seen by that attending physician. Again. I will request a new position where I will take my family to the closest alternative emergency services center.

Awesome care by nurses, MD and registrar

This visit, the nurses and Doctor were knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate their help. The main down fall is that meds were not an option for me. Yes, while I'm admitted I can get the meds I needed but once discharged, I couldn't get the rest of the prescription to take home. And, since this was a weekend visit, apparently there was no option to get the meds from a pharmacy in town. Had I needed something more serious like antibiotics or something this could be a big problem. Therefore, If I can make a recommendation it would be to have an option to send medication home with the patient when they are discharged if they are needed.

The time I had to spend in the emergency room was much longer than I anticipated, considering I did not have a bleeding or broken body to examine. I suppose it was because of the testing they had to do to determine if I had a flu or whatever, my congestion was caused by. But 2 1/2 hours was a long time for me to be there.
