I'm curious that with the Health Portal in place, that a message or note isn't sent to the clinic next door to notify my Primary Care Doctor of my ER visit and need for a follow up?

Please know I give thanks to the Emerency Room Doctors and staff for their help with my medical needs.

When they start getting busy they should have a better system to see and treat everyone that comes in I got moved to the waiting across the hall and was then treated like I wasn't there to be seen.

Identified my son’s issue quickly and provided a treatment plan that’s working.

The ER experience was amazing. Everyone I talked to was friendly and showed they care. My problem is with billing. I am a veteran and 100% service connection. After all my visits i still get the bills for my visits. After contacting them they are not reaching the payment request for the hospital.
